Single & Thriving
A 12- Week Group Coaching Program for Single Women

Presented by Kim Sayers, LMFTA
It's crucial to understand that healthy relationships shouldn't define who you are as a person. To build strong and authentic relationships, certain fundamental principles should be in place. It's common to pause our lives and wait for a partner, but it's important to live life to the fullest and remain open to new possibilities. This can only be achieved if we have a clear vision of our purpose and take steps toward it. Often, the best life partners are found on this journey when we are aligned with our true selves.
This 12-week Coaching Program Will Give You the Clarity and Understanding needed to Thrive in your life.
Sense of Self
Preparing yourself to thrive in every relationship begins with addressing your relationship with yourself FIRST.
Enforce Boundaries
Boundaries are meant for your protection. They are created to keep people "IN," not "OUT."
Relationship Dynamics
We weren't taught how to do relationships well. Relationships need to be categorized and organized to help manage expectations and disappointments.
Heal Brokeness
Relationships can be powerful but don't define us. When they end, they can leave scars we carry into future relationships.
Establish Vision
You do not have to wait for a partner to experience your life fully. You can create a vision for your life with your own dreams and aspirations.
"I have been working with Kim for a year now, and I HIGHLY recommend her. A year ago, I had lost myself and didn’t know why God would let me walk through a valley. Kim was right beside me, encouraging me every step of the way. She gave me “tools in my tool belt” to utilize in any situation that may arise. She showed me how living in my active reality and taking my negative thoughts captive, could set me free. I rediscovered myself and my relationships with family and friends. She continues to remind me to see God’s light and love through every valley I walk through. I may not understand, but His plan always prevails for the good of his kids."
Working with Kim has been AMAZING. I just got out of a tough break up and didn't know which way to turn. Kim helped me to get clarity of where I was at and a road map to being in a stable place to have balanced relationships. It's a plus that we're able to look at things from a biblical and worldly standpoint; it's super relatable and introspective. I don't regret working with Kim at all.
